Shipping policy

HANDCRAFTED TO ORDER
Every holster is built by hand after you order it, molded to your firearm model. Our build times (the time before your order ships) are:
• Standard holsters and carriers: ships within 5 business days.
• Custom design holsters: ships within 7–10 business days after you approve your design proof.
• Gun belts, apparel and accessories: ship within 5 business days, usually sooner.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If an order includes items with different build times, we ship it together when every item is ready unless you ask us to split it. During holidays, product launches or high order volume, build times may run longer; we will let you know if your order is delayed.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
• Free Economy shipping on orders of $99 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
• Economy and Standard options for orders under $99, with rates shown at checkout.

Transit time depends on the carrier and the service selected at checkout, and begins once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select countries, with rates calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees charged by the destination country, and for knowing and following their country's laws on importing holsters and related accessories. Orders refused or returned because of unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, email us right away; we can update it if your order has not shipped yet.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos within 7 days. We will work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.

WE NEVER SHIP FIREARMS
You never need to send us your firearm. Holsters are molded on precision models of each firearm.
