Please read before using any Armor Of God product. Firearms are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. By purchasing or using an Armor Of God Tactical Supply Co. product, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Your Responsibility
The safe, proper and lawful handling, carry, storage, transport and use of any firearm, and of any holster, magazine carrier, belt or accessory, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and user. A holster is not a safety device. It does not replace professional training, safe handling practices or trigger discipline. Always follow the fundamental rules of firearm safety.
Before You Carry
- Unload first. Always verify your firearm is unloaded before fitting, adjusting or practicing with a new holster.
- Confirm the fit. Make sure the holster matches the exact firearm model, light, optic and accessories you ordered. Do not use it with any other configuration.
- Check retention. The firearm should seat securely and stay in place when the holster is inverted and gently shaken, and draw smoothly without excessive force.
- Protect the trigger. The trigger guard must be fully covered when holstered. Before every reholster, make sure your finger is off the trigger and that clothing, drawstrings, cords or other objects cannot enter the holster or trigger guard.
- Practice. Practice drawing and reholstering with an unloaded firearm until you are fully proficient. We strongly recommend professional instruction.
Ongoing Care
- Inspect your holster regularly for cracks, deformation, worn or loose hardware, and check that screws are snug. Do not over-tighten.
- Stop using any holster that is damaged, deformed or no longer retains your firearm properly, and contact us.
- Do not cut, heat, reshape or otherwise modify your holster. Kydex can deform from high heat, such as a hot vehicle in direct sun or a heat source.
Know the Law
You are responsible for knowing and obeying all federal, state and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, carry and transport of firearms and accessories where you live and travel. Purchasing a holster does not grant permission to carry a firearm.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armor Of God Tactical Supply Co. and its owners, employees, ambassadors and affiliates cannot be held liable for any injury, death, property damage or other loss resulting from negligence, misuse, or improper, unsafe or unlawful handling or use of any firearm or product, including accidental or negligent discharge; modification, improper adjustment or installation; normal wear; use with a firearm or accessory other than the one ordered; or failure to follow this guidance. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the purchase price of that product.
Acceptance
Your purchase or use of our products confirms that you have read, understand and accept these terms and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product. Unused products may be returned under our 30-Day Carry Guarantee.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
