1. Overview
This website is operated by Armor Of God Tactical Supply Co. (“Armor Of God,” “AOG,” “we,” “us”), based in Saint Johns, Florida. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Returns & Warranty policy, our Shipping Policy and our Product Safety & Liability terms, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us. You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession, carry and use of holsters, firearms and related accessories.
3. Products and Descriptions
Our holsters are handcrafted to order, so small variations in color, pattern placement and finish are normal and are not defects. Product photos show examples of our work; screens display colors differently. We make every effort to keep descriptions, compatibility and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders affected by an error, with a full refund.
4. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, or that we believe may be fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full. Discounts, including law enforcement, military and first responder discounts, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time.
5. Custom Designs
When you request a custom design, you confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, images or text you provide, and you agree to hold us harmless from any claim that your design infringes someone else's rights. We may decline any design request for any reason, including content that conflicts with our values. Custom design orders are built only after you approve a proof, and are final sale as described in our Returns & Warranty policy.
6. Returns, Guarantee and Warranty
Our 30-Day Carry Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty are described in full in our Returns & Warranty policy. Except for the warranty stated there, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our products are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Product Safety and Assumption of Risk
Firearms are inherently dangerous. The safe and lawful handling, carry, storage and use of any firearm and of any Armor Of God product is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and user. A holster is not a safety device and does not replace training, safe handling or trigger discipline. By purchasing or using our products, you accept these responsibilities and the risks involved, as described in our Product Safety & Liability terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armor Of God Tactical Supply Co. and its owners, employees, ambassadors and affiliates will not be liable for any injury, death, property damage or other loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising from or related to the negligent, improper, unsafe or unlawful handling or use of any firearm or product; misuse, modification, improper adjustment or installation of a product; use with a firearm, light, optic or accessory other than the one ordered; or failure to follow our safety guidance. In any case, our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Armor Of God Tactical Supply Co. and its owners, employees, ambassadors and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use or misuse of our products, your violation of any law, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Armor Of God name and registered trademark, logos, designs, photos and text, belongs to Armor Of God Tactical Supply Co. and may not be used without our written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Your continued use of the site or our products after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
