Our Promise
Every Armor Of God holster is handcrafted to order. We stand behind our work with two promises: a 30-Day Carry Guarantee and a Lifetime Warranty on workmanship.
30-Day Carry Guarantee
Carry it. Train with it. Live with it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, return it for a full refund of the item price.
Covered: standard holsters (including those built from our catalog of colors and designs), magazine carriers, gun belts, AOG accessories and apparel. Tactical Supply items are not covered; see below.
Conditions:
- Holsters, carriers and belts may show normal signs of carry, but must be complete (all clips, hardware and attachments included) and not modified, cut, heated, reshaped or damaged by misuse.
- Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
- Returns must be started within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Final Sale Items
- Custom design orders are final sale. This includes holsters printed with artwork, patterns, logos or designs that you supply or request, because each one is made for you alone and cannot be resold. You approve a proof before we build, and your approval confirms the design.
- Tactical Supply items are final sale. This includes the optics, tools and range gear in our Tactical Supply collection.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Custom design orders remain covered by our Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship.
Tactical Supply Items
Items in our Tactical Supply collection (such as Holosun and Vortex optics, Leatherman multi-tools, Wheeler and Real Avid tools, and Walker's hearing protection) are sold new in box. All sales are final. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or our 30-Day Carry Guarantee, and are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Any issues, defects or malfunctions must be handled directly with the manufacturer under its warranty. If we shipped you the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@armorofgodtacticalsupply.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first; returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.
- Pack the item securely and ship it with tracking. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
Wrong Item or Defect on Arrival
If you received the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement, repair or full refund, and we cover shipping both ways. For Tactical Supply items, defects and malfunctions are handled by the manufacturer under its warranty.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong firearm model, hand orientation or option? Contact us within 30 days. Eligible items can be returned under the Carry Guarantee and the correct item purchased as a new order. We will do our best to get your replacement built quickly.
Lifetime Warranty
We warrant every Armor Of God holster and magazine carrier against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, to the original purchaser. If your holster cracks, or its rivets, hardware or clips fail under normal use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, finish or print wear and holster wear on your firearm's finish.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, modification, cutting, heating, reshaping or improper adjustment.
- Heat damage, such as a holster left in a hot vehicle or near a heat source.
- Use with a firearm, light, optic or accessory other than the one the holster was built for.
- Hardware lost because screws were not maintained or checked as recommended.
- Apparel, and products made by other manufacturers (such as KORE gun belts and Tactical Supply items), which are covered by their maker's warranty. We are glad to help you with those claims.
To make a warranty claim, email us your order number (or name and approximate purchase date), a description of the issue and photos. If approved, you ship the item to us and we cover shipping back to you.
